The former seat of the Doges of the Republic of Genoa, Palazzo Ducale sits in the heart of the historic center and now runs as the city’s largest cultural and event venue, over 34,000 square meters in total. The Hall of the Major Council alone holds up to 700 for a cocktail reception or 500 seated, and the smaller Room of the Lesser Council scales down to 250 standing or 150 seated, so the same building can host an intimate dinner or a genuinely large celebration depending on which hall you book. It is the one venue on this page where the history is not decor, it is the actual building where Genoa governed itself for centuries.
Hotel Bristol Palace, Genoa
